We are a small group of volunteers who hope to make a difference to our beautiful village and surrounding area by keeping the lanes and village litter free. We plan to meet on a regular basis, usually at the weekend. We will tackle the area road by road, then follow up picking up any odd bits of new litter as they appear.

We welcome your support. Details of the forthcoming Litter-Pick dates may be found on the village website, on the village notice board and on the village FaceBook Group (residents will need to join to see the information).

If you are unable to help pick up the litter, there may be other ways you could help. Although we are supported by NLC (who have loaned all the equipment and sacks) we are keen to buy a few high vis jackets, litter-picker sticks and bag hoops so we can continue Litter-Picking throughout the year. Please get in touch if you can help with the purchase of these.

Nothing beats the thrill when you have helped cleared one of the beautiful lanes surrounding our village. The countryside is transformed! Getting rid of litter really DOES make a difference!
