I am like many people concerned about the state of our country. I have decided to take action and now collect litter in the parish I live in. I have a access to a small number of litter pickers, gloves and bags supplied by the local council.  
My aim is to keep the area I live in clear of litter but would like to see the surrounding areas of Bramham and Boston Spa provided with a similar service.
I do not organise litter picking days as I believe it is something you should do when you have the time and are self motivated. I am willing to give advice and provide some equipment on a short term loan basis until you obtain your own. My local council have been very supportive and organised the supply of equipment for me.
