Litter Action comes to Eastbourne as a means of residents, businesses, voluntary groups and our Councillors showing their support for a tidier Eastbourne. “Litter” is “Rubbish in the wrong place”. So the plan is really simple - ask and engage everybody in Eastbourne to “put rubbish in the right place”.
