We met at 10am as agreed.  The weather was cold, but dry.  We started with nine members, including 3 'newbies' and a new recruit joined us during the 90 minutes we spent picking litter.  In that time, we filled 55 refuse sacks with litter, separating cans for specific recycling.  Many thanks to those present and to Cheshire East Streetscape who provided equipment on the day and organised access to the site and the collection of the full bags after the pick.
