This was our best ever litter pick!  30+ people including children, women, men, pensioners showed up.  The men had brought mountain climbing equipment so they could hoist themselves, tied to trees, down into the burn and haul out heavy pieces of metal and plastic and bikes.  We did hard hard work for 3 hours, pulling down years of junk from the banks of the underpass, cleaning up Rosebank Community Woodland, running a Green Dog Walkers booth. 100+ bags of litter and a full truckload of fly tipped large items were hauled away.  We followed it with a campaign to try to get the folks in the area to clean up after their dogs.  It was a very exciting day full of energy and good will and results!
