What a brilliant turn-out and what a wonderful day.  More than 120 people joined us for an excellent low-tide walk across the sands to Piel Island and a good old clean up when we got there.  All in all, we collected over half a tonne of litter from Piel Island and left it looking good as new!  As well as regular volunteers from Morecambe Bay Partnership and StreetSafe, we were joined by a good few "new faces" as well.  But don't worry if you missed us - we are going to do this all again next year too!
