The meeting consisted of six of the volunteer group and we successfully decided to run the litter pickup from 9th October to 17th October. I will be requesting Amey Herefordshire to provide the pickup equipment on 5th or 6th October in order to be able to deliver to all the volunteers of which there are now 12.
Amey Herefordshire will be requested to pickup the bags collected on Monday 19th October.
Details of the areas to be covered by the volunteers will be given when the pickup equipment is delivered.
