Green Dog Walkers has signed up close to 150 pledgees so far in the Falkirk area (Denny, Dunipace, Head of Muir, Camelon, Bo'Ness, Larbert, Bonnybridge and various neighbourhoods of Falkirk) and also in such far away places as Aberdeen, Fife and Edinburgh!  The programme is such a fast success that Falkirk Council is launching it a year sooner than expected, throughout the district!  We have had a lot of publicity including on the backs of buses in our area, newsletters, magazines, Falkirk Herald, the BBC.  We run booths at fairs, school meetings, alongside footpaths - wherever we can find dog walkers, there we are!  See our photo gallery here for pictures of our events.  We have set up a blog to correspond with other dog walkers about this issue.  Go to www.greendogwalkers.blogspot.com to join in the discussion.  Contact CGI for more information at greendogwalkers@yahoo.co.uk.  Cheers!  Michelle
